The paints are easily diluted with ordinary water, but there is a secret: once dry, acrylic becomes water-resistant! The artwork will not run when exposed to water and will retain its beauty for a long time.
Important: since acrylic forms a very durable film after drying, clothing and brushes should be washed immediately while the paint is still wet. Warm soapy water removes fresh stains easily, but dried paint is extremely difficult to remove. This is a great opportunity to teach young artists to take care of their tools!
